Spring Break for many is around the corner and while you may be a little hesitant about that swimsuit body, now is the perfect time to start working on not only that Summer time physique but set the tone for a healthier lifestyle in general.
With March being national nutrition month, created to increase the public’s awareness and the importance of good eating, Kelly decided to bring in a few nutrition gurus/trainers: AK and former football player Curtis Williams for First Aid this week. We all need that little push in the right direction at times when it comes to being more consistent at the gym or simply eating better. Listen in as they offer up advice that won’t overwhelm or intimidate but fully motivate you. The hardest part is just getting started but don’t be afraid to start with small steps, tell yourself today “I will”.
