Explaining Mr. Olympia as the Super Bowl of body building, Heath speaks on the origins of the event and Arnold Schwarzenegger’s influence on the event holding 7 titles to his name.

With a background in sports and playing D1 basketball for the University of Denver, Heath chalks up his move into body building as wanting a body transformation and seeing his body as a work of art.

Citing Arnold’s “The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding,” there are different training styles for different physiques.
