It’s always a blessing when hip-hop royalty steps into the Sway in the Morning studios and once again we had two OG’s of the game come through our concert series. With their new album “Lessons” out now, Capone-N-Noreaga step up the the mic to perform new tracks as well as classics from “The War Report.”
Speaking on their OG status, CNN reveal that they’re not ashamed of getting old as long as they can keep making music. The duo also take some time to speak on the opening song of the album, “Khadafi Talks” and how they have squashed their beef with the longtime collaborator.
Being like brothers to each other and having families that intertwine, CNN tell stories from their come up including throwing hands right before hitting the stage. We also hear Noreaga speak on the difference with CNN projects opposed to N.O.R.E. releases and Good Belt Gang projects.
The duo also briefly weigh in on the Drake and Meek Mill situation before they step up to the mic to perform live. Watch below and grab your copy of “Lessons” on iTunes.
