German-born singer and songwriter Bibi Bourelly has released her third EP BOY (In Studio.) The songs are personal ballads about growth and, you guessed it, boys. The project consists of four tracks or parts, entitled “Sunshine”, “Poet”, “Flowers”, and “Untitled.” BOY (In Studio) is on Apple Music and Spotify, but the intros she prefixes in each video makes for a nifty first listen.
The 23-year-old got her biggest break back in after writing Rihanna’s “Bitch Better Have My Money.” Since, she has written another song for Rihanna’s ANTI album, “Higher,” Nick Brewer’s hit “Talk To Me,” and more. Her own projects include Free The Real Pt. 1 and Free The Real Pt. 2. Earlier this year she dropped the NYC youth anthem, “Ballin,” where she explains her plight as a young, financially unstable New Yorker irresponsibly living life to the fullest.
