Amber Rose has transitioned seamlessly into an author and activist for women. Moving into talk show host now she joins Sway in the Morning to update us on what’s happening in her life.

Coming on Rap Fix years ago, Sway plays back a clip of an emotion Rose opening up about Kanye saying things about her in his music and people dragging her for it. Coming a long way since then she walks Sway through how she’s grown over the years and learned lessons from being a mother and going through a divorce with Wiz Khalifa.

With her new show on VH1 starting on July 8th she glows with excitement as she speaks on working with Dr. Phil and his team who have been training her for the past year to be a top-level host. Sharing that the show is ‘sex positive’ she breaks down some questions that she might ask to guests. Along with being open and honest about sex and relationships she also touches on doing some comedy skits and approaching internet gossip in a much different way than people are used to.

Circling back to Kanye, Rose says she felt bad about what he Tweeted at him recently as things were heating up on the internet. Revealing that Kanye has yet to apologize to her directly she says she was only defending herself and does not want to be known as a ‘clapback queen.’

Before taking off she speaks on a recent conversation with French Montana in which he pledged to donate money from his upcoming album “Mac & Cheese 4” to her Slut Walk.

Check out the full interview above and make sure to tune into VH1 on July 8th for “The Amber Rose Show.”
